Usually, this is a very virgin in terms of chemicals guys who? gathering the available info in the network – they understand that there is no point in experimenting senselessly and poking a finger at the sky. Or people who have heard a lot of advice from different forums – creeped once or twice for 4 – 6 weeks. In general, there are three variants of the general metabolism for people in theoretical (therapeutic) medical terminology. It:

Naturally, to find the same endomorph or athlete in its pure form is rather difficult in real life. 90% of people on the planet are mixed types of metabolism, with a predominance of one of the three available in general. Meals, training, daily routine – all this should be taken into account primarily for progress. More tests must be taken, because fatty people often have a high level of estradiol, with a low or very modest level of testosterone. And sometimes prolactin is elevated. Or insulin resistance due to improper diet before coming to the gym.
People are dry and lean, the level of the dough is also not always decent, and sometimes quite high, but it is actively associated with globulin. It is the same with estradiol, which in the required quantity is MANDATORY for increasing meat.
Athletes (mesomorphs) are all easier, but sometimes they have problems with hormones. In short, to pass elementary tests, learn how to plow in the hall, eat the food that suits you and observe the optimal rhythm of life – this is, first of all, as I said. And according to pharma – focus on the type of metabolism that prevails in you, not forgetting that which is inferior. Not easy – yes. But probably. Here I will give three options for courses on the mass, which, by trial and error, are really the most preferable for the three types of metabolism. Something I will say on sportpitu, which is also to help, if gyrus connect. Do not blindly focus on the article – it is designed to help in the initial stage. And before the mass-packed course you have to have a press on your stomach. Or hormonal game turns into masturbation.
And further. The optimal duration for a course on weight is 12 weeks. Short courses, as in most cases, do not work as expected. Everyone, it seems, understands that it is impossible to put an uppercut in a month, learn to perform a figure jump in basketball or squeeze 150 kilograms. So the muscles for real growth need some time. 12 weeks, for starters, the most it. No nedokursik for 4-5 weeks, if you are adequate and your goal is dry meat on the bones.
We now proceed to the promised three options for the three types of the strong half of humanity.
1. First of all, we need some suitable testosterone ester. How not to twist, and the most convenient dough for people who are inclined to recruit fat and water is testosterone propionate. 50 to 100 mg per day.
2. If there are problems with the tolerance of injections – then testosterone enanthate 250 mg per week. These are mono ethers that are easiest to control and there are usually a minimum of surprises from them.
3. No Sustanons, Omnadrenov and Cypionates. The first acquaintance is the most important. And do not exceed the indicated dosages. They are more than enough for a simple amateur at a particular stage.
4. In addition to the dough – a purely anabolic component. There are only two options: Boldenone undecylenate / undecanoate (600 mg per week) or Methenolone enanthate, better known as Primobolan (400 – 600 mg per week). Both give an increase in dry meat, both are safe in terms of excess fluid retention under the skin and perform well against the background of minimal doses of testosterone.
5. And the dough, and injecting the AU yuzay all 12 weeks. For the first 5-6 weeks, it makes sense to add a Turinabol. It also does not aromatize a priori and does not cause water accumulation. Naturally, Anastrozol must also be on hand. But from anabolic agents, as for me, ectomorphs are best shot by Nandrolone. Just do not take a long decanoate. Phenylpropionate is the perfect solution. At 100 mg every third day. And androgen, and the AU – for all 12 weeks of the course.5. But, Nandrolone, it is a progestin in its pure form, and therefore, you have to control prolactin and progesterone in the body. And also – to have on hand some of the inhibitors of prolactin. The same bromocriptine or Cabergolin. Unfortunately, Boldenon or Primabolan are of little help to people with accelerated metabolic processes. This is not just writing. Really noticed in practice. Although, you can still replace Nandrolone – Boldenone undecanoate. Not less than 600 and not more than 800 mg per week. Prima is definitely not your drug. Well, at the very time there will be 30 – 40 mg of Metandrostenolone for the first 4 – 5 weeks of the course. Of sports supplements – it is the classic gainers with a large number of fast-acting carbohydrates and (possibly) with the presence of fat. Immediately after the training – this is mandatory and once again a day. Choose when it is more convenient for you. But not before bedtime – this is stupid. And protein. Either whey several times a day (20 – 30 grams per serving), or, at least, casein at bedtime. Lot. 50 – 60 grams after the final meal, before going to bed.III.
